A: We work with polyester, nylon, cotton, latex/spandex (elastane), lurex, and specialty yarns, including sustainable options like recycled polyester and bamboo fiber. A: Sample lead time is typically 7–10 working days. Standard bulk production takes 14–21 working days from sample approval. Rush orders and partial shipment can be arranged for urgent deadlines.
Q: Are sample charges refundable against bulk orders?
A: Yes. Sample charges will be waived upon placing a bulk order within 60 days after the final approved sample is received.
